PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
As Perrysburg continues to welcome new residents, city leaders must balance outward growth with maintenance of the infrastructure currently in place. Perrysburg's new land use plan can play a key role in assuring that individuals hoping to move to or within Perrybsurg can find the home that fits them.
Additionally, decisions made by city leaders can assure that the homes already invested in can maintain or increase their value. So many have been attracted to Perrysburg by our small town charm, and we will find sustainable ways to grow without losing this.

Residents of Perrysburg are fortunate to be able to take advantage of nearly a dozen parks and countless areas to enjoy the outdoors. From Riverside Park on the Maumee River to Rivercrest Park on the southwest end of the city, each area provides something unique
Preserving these spaces is of the utmost importance and enhancing residents ability to interact with them means exploring nature friendly options to do so. Multi-use paths and inclusive play spaces continue to be requested by our community and implementing them will be a priority.
